Cancellation Policy

If you require your appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled, please provide me with a minimum of 48 hours notice via a phone call or txt message.

This allows me enough time to refill the appointment time with another client.

Whatever your reason – rescheduling or cancelling your appointment is completely fine, so long as you provide me with adequate notice which then won’t incur a fee.

Please do not wait until the day before or day of your appointment to cancel or rebook.

If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour timeframe, I will need to charge 50% of the session fee ($60) for returning clients in order to recoup business costs. If you are a new client, I would question your commitment to the process, and our suitability for working together.

Last minute cancellations take a major toll on small businesses.
